V&F Transformer Corporations' Bartlett facility opened its' doors in 1980. The 35,000 square foot facility housed all production ranging from small transformer units up to our assemblies. Currently the facility is now used for toroids, medium-sized transformers, assemblies and large KVa units for our Midwest customers. The Bartlett facility is also home to V&F Transformers corporate offices and is the center for engineering and quotation.

The production area of the facility is equipped to produce any unit that V&F manufacturers at our other facilities. This provides back-up capabilities that will keep your line up and running in a worst-case scenario. We employ upwards of 100 production employees in our Bartlett facility and many have been with V&F since the doors opened! V&F Transformer is a global manufacturer and the Bartlett facility is a main distribution point for product heading to customers all over the United States. Our consignment safety stock and Kan-Ban style shipments are all prepared at our Bartlett, Illinois facility.
