		Fran Foderaro :: President As the eldest son of Anthony Foderaro, Sr. to remain in the company, Fran Foderaro truly represents the vision and dedication that V&F was built upon. With extensive experience in transformer manufacturing, Fran brings innovation and out-of-the-box thinking to the table, being hands-on in improving processes and production methods in all of V&F Transformer's facilities.

		Dean Foderaro, Sr. :: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) With 30 plus years of experience at V&F, a degree in Business Management and the added bonus of engineering experience, Dean Foderaro, Sr, is an integral member of the V&F executive team. His financial leadership has helped fuel our global growth, as he was an important player in V&F's move to international manufacturing, both in China and Mexico.

		Leeann Millar :: Comptroller After receiving her degree from Northern Illinois University and obtaining her C.P.A. certification, Leeann Millar worked for several large businesses and one of the top five accounting firms before joining the V&F team. Her accounting and financial experience in "big business", and her exposure to a family business atmosphere has made her a very integral part of V&F Transformer.

		Dino Foderaro :: Sales & Marketing Manager :: Six Sigma Black Belt One of the newest additions to the V&F team, Dean Jr. (or Dino) brings with him the experience of the US Air Force and a previous sales position in San Diego, CA. Dino is currently pursuing a degree in business administration and his youth has brought a new dynamic to V&F Transformer.

		Mahesh Desai :: Operations Manager With 25 plus years of experience with V&F, Mahesh knows the entire process inside and out. 25 years ago he started with V&F in the winding department, then moved to the coil finishing department where he created the first Quality Assurance Program to be implemented by V&F. He has now ascended to the rank of Operations Manager. A self-taught MBA with a college degree, Mahesh is one of the reasons V&F Transformer has remained so successful and flexible in meeting our customer's needs.

		Travis Foderaro :: Global Procurement Manager With 14 years at V&F and 12 years of experience in purchasing for V&F, Travis currently oversees all material purchases for the Barlett facility, our US headquarters. Travis also coordinates and plans China shipments and logistics. His inside and out knowledge of the materials that comprise our transformers, as well as his upcoming degree in business management make Travis and irreplaceable member of the V&F team.

		Wesley Foderaro :: Quality Assurance Manager :: Six Sigma Black Belt As the head of our quality assurance department, Wesley has aided in developing a reputation for quality at V&F that is second to none. Wesley has been upgrading our quality program to incorporate the principles and tools he learned during his Six Sigma training. His hands-on approach has been a great help in educating our employees and improving our production process.
